Marketing Campaign Cross-Selling New Services

Harris Connect, a market leader in strategic affinity solutions - providing integrated data research, directory and Internet solutions to educational institutions and other organizations, was looking to cross-sell specific services to a targeted group of clients.  Harris needed a fresh approach to reach this group.

Palmer-Farrington created a marketing campaign that included a series of four engaging emails, each linking to a landing page for the particular offering, a postcard, and a firm flyer of services.  The creative emails talked about specific service offerings, and were tracked for opens, clicks and downloads.  The sales team at Harris followed up on the leads.

The result?  Harris was able to identify new opportunities within existing clients.
